Now with the fruition of Marisse Patisserie, we can taste more of those heavenly delights the way her mom would approve.

The unique flavors brought to Marisse's creations were inspired by her friends, family and travels.

Pappy's Banana Guava Cake was created in honor of her father who's favorite childhood merienda was a hand of bananas smothered with guava jelly.

In fact, several of her cakes are the products of amusing "what if" conversations at the dinner table with her husband & children - the craziest ideas often resulting in unexpectedly delicious desserts.
